In this position as Local Sales Manager, you will oversee staff in the advertising division of Comcast Spotlight; to include direct supervision of a Sacramento based local sales team and coordinators. You will be directly responsible for the management of 7 to 10 Sacramento Account Executives.   You will train, develop and motivate a team of advertising Account Executives and monitor all sales activities to assure success in exceeding business goals and objectives. As a Local Sales Manager, you will work in conjunction with the General Sales Manager to ensure compliance with business objectives, conduct performance reviews and establish criteria for disciplinary action.
